• Led Autonome's pivot from integration agency to platform, and rebuilt the core engine so an AI drafts each integration as a readable plan while a separate, audited service is the only thing permitted to execute it.
• Made production safety structural rather than procedural: every integration is validated before it runs and rehearsed against real data with nothing sent, credentials are brokered and never appear in an integration definition, and idempotency is built in so a retried or overlapping job cannot duplicate an order or a message.
• Shipped Enterprise Portals: internal workflows, project management, billing, client communications, and mobile app interactions all running on Autonome's own framework, now available to enterprise customers as white-labelled ecosystems.
• Proved the business model commercially: $100K in revenue generated through Enterprise Delivery projects.
• Validated the architecture in public by competing in two major build challenges (#BubbleBuildsRevenue and #ProfitWithBubble), which got Autonome featured by Bubble in their Launch Lab.
